Pyraeus Investment Capital (REIT) (the “Fund”) is an income-producing real estate investment trust.
The Fund’s primary objective is to generate stable, risk-adjusted returns through the acquisition and repositioning of undervalued residential and Class B–C commercial REO properties across multiple U.S. markets, with a focus on Atlanta Metro and secondary growth regions in the Southeast, Midwest, and Sunbelt.
Target Annual Returns: 8–12%
Preferred Return: 8%
Sponsor Promote: 20% above preferred return
Management Fee: 1–2% annually (based on AUM)

The Fund seeks to capitalize on a sustained supply of distressed, undervalued, or underperforming REO assets resulting from ongoing market dislocations, rising interest rates, and tightening credit markets.

Senior Asset Manager: Mario McMichael
Mario McMichael brings decades of experience in commercial real estate, restaurant management, and logistics operations. His leadership within The McMichael Corporation integrates acquisition, operations, and strategic asset repositioning under one cohesive management structure.
The Fund’s board of directors will include representatives of The McMichael Corporation and independent advisors specializing in finance, law, and asset management.
